Hello, I was wondering if I could get your opinion on which LEED Scheme I should use. Our client wants to entirely refurbish a school block that is 100 years old.
Consider footnoting Table of Required Signatories in LOv3

I think Owner Required Signatories is a great addition for many of the prerequisites and credits where it is used. It has been a breath of fresh air to get owners on board with the requirements.

Sarah, have you seen this LEED matrix spreadsheet? It is a matrix of linkages across credits.

I've not heard of re-submitting an already certified building other than pursuing EBOM.

Earning Certs within 5 years

I presume that this is a new construction project that is currently in the process of design and will be built with a possible completion date of 5 years hence...or more.
