there are quite a few IAQ measures that are impossible to get a photo of. 

how do you get photos of IAQ measures that do not exist?

On the map I ploted a 1/4 mile radius from the project boundary. There are lot of parcels of buildable land that are partially within the radius and partially outside the radius.
