We are going to implement a composting program in a hotel.
For this purpose, we will allocate adequate space to store organic waste that will be removed twice a week, according to the frequency of municipal waste removal.
We believe it is essential to promote the education of hotel employees and even guests and to encourage food donation policies in order to reduce the amount of organic waste
We would be grateful if anyone could provide us with any additional advice on how to improve this policy.
