We are going to implement a composting program in a hotel.
For this purpose, we will allocate adequate space to store organic waste that will be removed twice a week, according to the frequency of municipal waste removal.
We believe it is essential to promote the education of hotel employees and even guests and to encourage food donation policies in order to reduce the amount of organic waste
We would be grateful if anyone could provide us with any additional advice on how to improve this policy.

Hello,
Here are some elements:
- Put clear and visible signage so that your guests and staff can easily identify where to dispose of compostable materials. To avoid contamination, put on your signage products that you actually use in your project.
- Ensure that all staff members are aware of the composting program and understand what materials are compostable.
- Empty regularly your compost bins to prevent odors.
