CxA firm or an individual

I need to know if the CxA can be an individual experienced person, or it must be a Cx firm (office)?

existing trees to remain, but not greenfield

Our project is building adjacent to an existing building, and will connect to it via a pedestrian bridge. Between the two buildings are several existing, older trees that are required to remain.

The construction team want to know if the thinner used to clean the formwork for concrete slabs in the post-tensionnnig method have to comply with the VOC's limit required in the SCAQMD rule 1143?

My project, a high rise building, has a bunch of different usage concepts. More then 50% of the building will be used for commercial areas. (restaurants, shops, gymns, offices).
