Lighting controls inside a dorm restroom

Section 9.4.1.2 Space Control indicates that restrooms must have an occupancy sensor. We have a dorm project where each two dormrooms has a shared bathroom.

I just received a review that did not award MRc5, because the Regional Material cost added up to 9.99%, not "the minimum of 10% required for one point."

Proving Savings for a Utility-Owned Power Plant
