Garage and technical rooms

CS-2009 IEQp1:Minimum IAQ Performance

We are dealing with project with underground garage, where adjacent spaces are technical rooms. Can we transfer the air from the garage to the technical rooms to ventilate them?

Wood costs - per vendor or end user (project contractors)?

We are having some problems getting the necessary invoices from suppliers to our project contractors, as this reveals the project contractors' price mark up from vendor to client.

In the picture on the "Bird's Eye View" page, there is a picture of an infrared thermometer. This would take the temperature of an object.

We are clear that for the total Gross Floor Area we have to include mezzanines.

Consto have a Design and Buildt Contract with the project owner. The Architects contracts is a part of the contract. His role in the project is design and drawing.
