just to confirm, because I feel like there is conflicting (and a lot of) information being posted...the tenant is fitting out a suite in an EBOM building and only has a breakroom sink in their suit

Material VOC vs. Coating VOC?

I have product submittals that list both the material VOC and the coating VOC for wood stains and lacquers, the latter of which is substantially higher.

wooden deck

Hi, my question concern wooden deck on the roof. Does it need any SRI value? In general wood does not emite any heat so what will be an advantage it I paint it white or not?

Stair Treads and Vinyl Wall Base

The Ref Guide lists wall base as one of the products certified by FloorScore. Does vinyl wall base need to be Floor Score. What about rubber stair treads in exit stairs?
