Contractor reuse of waste materials on their other projects

Hello, Our contractor will most likely reuse some waste materials on their other projects if they have any left over.

FSC certified subcontractor?

Does a subcontractor, who is cutting and finishing FSC wood in their own facility and installing it in the project have to be FSC certified?

What about Greenguard instead of Floorscore

We have a project pursuing LEED CI and the project team is considering to install laminate flooring which is Greenguard certified but not Floorscore.

My current project contains a non-manufacturing lab and research facility. The entire lab and research facilities probably incorporate a large portion of the buildings overall power consumption.

Option 2 - Future residential development

Cork Flooring

If the Cork flooring exceeds air quality standards established by SCAQMD rule 1168 - Can we consider that it meets the option # 2 of IEQc4.3 "California Department of Heath Services standard"?
