Reset temperature??

CS-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

We are on our final review. LEED reviewers have stated that the Baseline Case system input reports indicates that supply air temperature reset was not modeled as required by Section G3.1.3.12.

We have a project for which we have 3 offices, these have been provided with a shared thermostat that controls a constant volume AC Unit also serving a few other areas.

Lactation Rooms - Regularly occupied?

For the purposes of this credit, does anyone have experience with whether or not a "Lactation Room" for nursing mothers would need to be considered "regularly occupied"?

Calculating Green Power

I want to figure out the default number to use to calculate how much green power in RECs a building would need to purchase. The RG that I have states 11.7 kWh/SF-yr for Office.
