My company is going to be a tenant in a new space where will not have the capability to increase/introduce humidity as we are tying into the Building Management System.

Hi there, I am unsure what is meant by one specialty trade. I have a project that is considering re carpeting about half of their building, which is a substantial alteration. Would this not count?

What if your CS building scope does not include HVAC equipment (and therefore no refrigerants)? USGBC requires the entire building to meet this prereq (including tenant spaces).

I have tried to figure out but cannot wrap my head around another subject. MPR 6 requires sharing actual whole-project energy and water usage data for a period of at least 5 years.
