Hello, For app G 90.1 it does not say explicitly if the pump should be constant or variable flow for the primary chilled water pump, the same thing for the condensing water pumps.

For LEED 2009, there was CIR 431 from the CaGBC that adjusted frequency for communities under 50,000 people. Is there a similar adjustment acceptable for LEED v4?
