PIf2 form filling

While filling the PIf2 form, in "site characteristics" it asks what is the total site area within the LEED project boundary, but the project is just a tenant space, should I put 0?

For a project of a commercial interior (commercial office in a commercial building) the gross floor area correspond to the total area of the office?
