For a project of a commercial interior (commercial office in a commercial building) the gross floor area correspond to the total area of the office? And the gross land area, as the project is restricted to the office area isn't the same? If yes, the gross floor area is 100% of the gross land area, fulfilling the item, as "The gross floor area of the LEED project should be no less than 2% of the gross land area within the LEED project boundary". Is it correct? Should the building's parking area be included? Or the gross land area is the total area of the building, with parking and ground floor, even being outside of the project's area?
