Certify some of multiple fitout floor

Our client will rent 8,10-20 floor within 20 stories building. They would like to get LEED CI certify only for 8 and 10 floor. Can it be done under single project certification?

I am working on a project where we are doing TI work on two different flloors, of the same building, for the same tenant. Can this be treated as 1 project for CI 2009 certification purposes?

The owner has a certified office which is located on a few floors of a building. Now he's going to renovate a part of it. On one floor there will be a few non-contiguous parts renovated.

the building is 11 stories with an atrium. The tenant is taking part of 1, all of 2, part of 3, all of 4, NONE OF 5, half of 6 and all of 7.
