E -waste goes back to manufacturer

Our building has a large number of tenants with separate management. Their IT equipment go back to the manufacturer and do not go to the building main waste stream.

e-waste recycling event open to the public

If the building hosts an electronic waste recycling event that is open to the public, can the e-waste from that event count toward MRc8?

The Reference Guide says "Reuse or recycle 75% of the durable goods waste stream (by weight, volume or REPLACEMENT VALUE) during the performance period." However, all of the discussion that I have

We do a good job of tracking the tons of e-waste and furniture that we reuse or recycle, but we don't do a great job of separating the durable goods out of the waste stream to know the weight or am

Does LEED require that you break out the e-waste into line items and weigh each line item separately (ie "Computer Monitors... 30 lbs", "Copiers...100lbs")?
