My landscaper is using a 100% Natural Organic component fertilizer with a ratio of 3-3-2.

If the project has no outside facilities, is the credit still available? For example I have dove defense on the roof. Thank you!

Least Toxic Pesticide - Essentria IC3 ?

If a product is represented as a Minimum-Risk pest control product and qualifies for exemption from EPA registration under FIFRA 25b, does that mean it is least toxic for LEED purposes?
