office vs. hotel

conference rooms

Are conference rooms considered regularly occupied spaces? My thought is that they are not, because they are not used to perform "focused activities".

Has anyone been successful in exempting warehouse space from the views calculations by classifying the warehouse space as a non-regularly occupied space in a GBCI review?

The review team stated the regularly occupied space listed on the supplemental spreadsheet for Daylight-Views does not match the regularly occupied space listed on PI Form 3 Occupant and Usage Data
