Is the gymnasium and kitchen in a school considered a regularly occupied space?

I am working on an renovation of an historic building for the government. The layout is great for the view credit.

NC project with some residential units included... 1) Which residential unit spaces are regularly occupied? - lounge - bedroom - children's bedroom - open plan kitchen Your views are appreciated.

For only 2" above the 42" sight line requirement do you think a special circumstance is viable for LEED to possibly award the credit or is it better to do the calculations for the standing occupant

I'm working on a residential project with a deep footprint, so not all of the bedrooms have windows.

I have provided plan views where it is assumed that one can't see over the shown case work, etc. I have provided elevations where one can see the height and size of windows.

Our project is an Animal Resource Center associated with a University, in which animals are kept in holding rooms, and transferred to separate surgery, exam or treatment rooms for research purposes

We are working on a factory project where the building meets all the requirements stated in the LEED NC Guideline to prove credit compliance.

In the example (Mt Healthy school) in the Documentation Toolkit section of this credit, the only thing that seems to limit the views is the window locations and the walls.

Our project is a major renovation of a 2-story historic building. The existing window openings can not be changed without significantly altering part of the preservation.
