manipulation of the form

From my experience, the add/delete row on the template only works on the last row. Any magic for changing/deleting other rows without having to re enter the entire form?

Form Releasing Agents VOC Requirements

I have a subcontractor proposing to use a Form Releasing Agent with a VOC level of 445 g/L. I have yet to find a hard-fast requirement for a VOC max. content for this LEED Credit.

We have received a datasheet for a floor coating that do not state the VOC content.

We have a traffic coating product that has VOC below 350g/L, and is compliant with 40 CFR 59, Subpart D (EPA Method 24).

If VOC content is mentioned as per ISO EU standard, is it acceptable for LEED?
