1) ive looked at space matrix (this is a library project)... from what i gather EVERY space has to count.. even spaces not regularly occupied (mech closet, janitor closet, etc).

Hello, Our project is in Indonesia (Climate Zone 1), which happened have high humidity (70-85%) all year long. Our building design only incorporate natural ventilation and AC (VRF system).
