We are working on a project which was registered under V3 on 2015 and still running. My doubt is the the online form is updated from version to version.

Parking garages area - ASHRAE 62.1

According to ASHRAE 62.1 the ventilation rate for the parking area needs to meet 0.75 CFM/sqft. My question is if the inside parking streets are included in the square footage for the calculation

As per ASHRAE 62.1 parking areas are subject to requirements for exhaust air and not ventilation rates. Accordingly, parking areas are not included in IEQp1, are they? Thanks in advance!

We are working on a major renovation project and the restrooms have natural ventilation. Do we have to provide additional mechanical exhaust to comply with ASHRAE?
