Freight and tax on wood invoices

The wood invoices that I have show a separate line item for tax/fuel charge/freight charges, etc. and I was unclear how to include this in the documentation.

Hello - We are using a very expensive aluminum wood clad window system for a project. My question is, how does this window system factor into the total wood budget $$ amount.

Hi. Currently working on a project in a tropical country where it's NOT general practice to use wood for any structural framing, dimensional framing or sub-flooring.

We have been denied the MR7 point on a couple of jobs becuase of the millwork documentation.
