Hi! Can coconut fiber count as both, recycled content (pre-consumer if coming from coconut sub-products industrial process) and a rapidly renewable material as well?. Thanks

In your experience, which items must be included as rapidly renewable to achieve 2% by cost. Is it, for example, typical to say 1) Floor covering and, 2) Ceiling panels I am struggling to see how
