Recycled cork can contribute to achieve MRc6?

We're working in a project that use a thermal coating based on cork material. This cork is 100% recycled. Can this material contribute to achieve both credits (MRc4 +MRc6)?

Is rockwool considered a rapidly renewable material? I understand that rapidly renewable materials must be made from either plants or animals and must have a harvest cycle of 10 years or less.
