form im filling out says total material cost for csi divisions 3-10, as well as many of the divisions from 31. ive heard others say 31 isn't necessary. just 3-10. whats the consensus?

Certification obtained, site occupied & used - fast forward a couple of years - any reason why Owner can't remove a recycled floor tile he doesn't like and replace it with a product of his choo

Here's one I haven't seen and would love for people to weigh in on. A manufacturer of, let's say paint, has provided recycled content information but it's for the buckets their product comes in.
