NC-2009 MRc1.2:Building Reuse—Maintain Existing Interior Nonstructural Elements

If a non-structural wall is to have the studs remain but the drywall replaced, will that area still qualify for the MRc1.2 calculation?

We are refurbishing a historic building that has many existing plaster walls. If a new plaster skimcoat is applied, do these existing walls still count for this credit?

We're working on the adaptive reuse for a five-story 100-year old building (former warehouse/office building being renovated into a boutique hotel) that has been vacant about 15 years.
