Modeling buildings w/ no proposed cooling; Workaround?

On Sept 12, 2012 there was a thread: "Proposed model, CAV system without cooling system". It references a "high temperature set point work around".

Hi, I am working on a large building which is part theater, part convention center and part exhibitions halls + ancillary spaces. The baseline system is system type 7.

Mechanically ventilated spaces and naturally ventilated spaces

As baseline model I have to model System 6 according to Table G3.1.1A. On a floor the spaces that have windows are naturally ventilated while the internal spaces are mechanically ventilated.

In our project's LEED design submission, the engineer used the R-value of the glazing in the energy model.
