The project is a 67000 sqft, six floored building. There are rooms with high equipment loads of greater than 20W/sft . The total area of these type of rooms adds up to 14,000 sqft.

I have a question about fan cycling for system 1 in residential units. G3.1.2.4 says fan should be on whenever space is occupied. Does this applies to residential units?
