Our project has a rear service entrance off a public alley. At this entrance the face of building is set 5 feet back from the property line and 7.5 feet back from the face of curb at the alley.

If I have parking lot lighting existing on a site that is near our project but outside the LEED boundary I assume that will not be required to be incldued in Light pollution calcs.

I have a plant nursery that is enclosed with Saran material (translucent). It has lighting that is connected to a timer switch that assures that it will be off at night time.
