NC-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Resultant transmittance for shading device

For Option 2, a document, such as manufacture product sheets needs to be provided to confirm the resultant transmittance of shading device is less than 10%. What is resultant transmittance? Is this referring to opening factor, light transmittance or something else?
