Apologies if this question has already been answered - but I've searched as thoroughly as possible and did not find a satisfiable explanation. I am running a simple test with the following values;

We have a project in Virginia and we are looking for a lab that can provide the required SRI testing for an existing roof membrane.

We have a rooftop terrace exclusively for employees! Do we have to include the terrace in the roof area or it can be deducted?

The grade at our project drops considerably, allowing for conditioned space below a green roof and paved areas.
