Does 'gross floor area' refer to total building (it is a data centre) or occupied space (ancillary area)? I.e. should the data halls be included?

Dear Sir/ Madam, Our project (Hotel) is in a location where there are no defined local zoning requirements for parking.

Hello everyone, Our project has a main entry, and two secondary entries, and is situated on a campus with existing parking scattered around the campus.

For a NC 2009 project we are building an addition to a building on an which will replace part of an existing campus parking lot.

My project is a group project on a college campus with 2 phases. We are going to be certifying each phase separately.

The project is an existing building - major renovation. The existing parking lot is being ripped up to drill the geothermal wells.

I am working on a hotel with two separate buildings. Since the parking will be used for the same hotel, the local zoning requirements were met.

There is no new parking provided within the LEED boundary of our project (no parking at all). The project is part of a performing arts center campus.
