We have a project where we are accessing our site by cutting through an existing parking lot that belongs to the city (and supports the use of a city-owned pool).

We are working on a city animal shelter that meets the zoning requirements for staff and guest parking on the site.

Hi, We are considering LEED NC v2009 certification for a fire& rescue station, but couldn't find applicable Land Use type in ITE "Parking Generation" study for fire stations.

Dormitory project with no parking

We are working on a project in Boston. A new dormitory on a college campus. The project is the 17 story dormitory building, there is no new parking as part of this project.

Hi, I have a Residential project that is adding new parking and has a local maximum parking requirement but no minimum parking requirement.
