A campus project we are working on is including (1) space designated specifically for a utility vehicle and (1) space for handicap accessibility. Would these count as new parking spaces and disqualify the project from the No New Parking option? Thank you!

Hi Helene,
My experience is that you can exclude handicap spaces but probably not the utility vehicle spaces.
