Dear All, I have a large mixed use project which includes residential areas. For residential areas, each flat will have a number of fixed parking spaces allocated to it.

I have a current project that has a parking lot surrounded by itself and at least two other buildings. The project has 10 dedicated parking stalls as indicated in their lease.

In a gas station, would the fuel pumps count towards total parking capacity, seeing that many people who stop for fuel and something from inside the store only "park" at the pump?
