We are going for Exemplary Performance since we have 5 qualifying bus lines. Total (weekday) stops equals exactly 200, so we're good there.

We have a situation where our site only has one bus line with a stop within 1/4 mile (though 2 other stops are within 1/2 mile). However, the one bus line is very frequent and runs all day.
