Water test location

Should we test makeup water from the water source (incoming), or from inside the cooling tower itself?

It's been pretty easy to find advanced electrical submeters that meet all the characteristics from LEED, but it's been such as challenge to find one for natura gas intake.

Gross Floor Area for Flushouts

Should the penthouse be included in the gross area used to calculate the flush out volume?  Also, does it have to be specific on a system by system basis, such as the area of the floor served

My project is a big dry warehouse, which is divided into 7 typical units for future tenants. There is a small office with AC in each unit.
