Homes-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

I am an Architect and doing my first LEED Certification Project for my Firm. I am a bit nervous and embarassed that none of the engineers on this new Home are LEED Acredited.

I have an apartment complex with a separate community/leasing building that is about 20% of the total project.
