Hi,

Is it necessary to have a Leed Green Associate or a Leed AP ND to propose one project to the certification LEED ND (plan or built) ?

In a future leed ND plan project, that comprises, besides all of the community needs and infrastructure, an enclosed condominium of houses, is it possible to include in the LEED Certification this
