In a future leed ND plan project, that comprises, besides all of the community needs and infrastructure, an enclosed condominium of houses, is it possible to include in the LEED Certification this parcel of the condominium, even if it is going to have limited access to the comunity, or is it better to exclude this area? In the legal documents, this area is part of the project, however for LEED certification is it possible to exclude it, even if its registerd under the same process for municipalty aprovation?

Eduardo, to better understand the situation, can you help me with the following questions: a) is the condo existing or proposed, b) is the condo one or more buildings, c) is the condo surrounded by the project site or on the project edge, and d) is the condo parcel gated?
