I'm glad to know that the USGBC is trying to promote use of non-potable water sources since my clients are usually more willing to invest money in stormwater detention features.

In our project, the pilot credit was achievable by 50% reduction from WC and urinal water use.

I am wondering what the 90% in option 2 refer to. If I collect and use rainwater, I may use 90% of the annual rainwater on the site.
