If a pilot credit is repealed (under Resources, it says March 2013), does that mean a project can not submit this credit even if the project is registered for the credit?

Dear All, The PC 14 credit description states that “All street frontages have a minimum building-height-to-street center-line ratio of 1:1.5”.

I am working on a project where most of the site hardscape is existing. I'm looking for an opinion specifically on two of the requirements for this credit. 7.

Two items: 1) A clarification of the language on non-motorized rights-of-way guidance. 2) A question whether the minimum height ratio is an appropriate measure of walkability in campus settings. 1

One of the requirements states, "At-grade crossings with driveways account for no more than 10% of the length of sidewalks within the project".

Hello - has anyone had an issue with Requirement #9: where should the 50' tree spacing start from a busy intersection?

How does the building-height-to-street-width ratio promote walkable environments?

In my project there is a main entrance lobby that includes a permanently manned reception.

For this credit, one of the requirements is "Continuous sidewalks [...] serve all buildings [...] and connect them with public sidewalks.".

When I searched the forum for insight on how to apply/adapt some of the requirements for a campus setting, the posts were from way back in August 2012.
