Pilot-Credits PC14:Walkable Streets

link goes to the main USGBC home page

Hi, I am registered for this Pilot Credit. However, when I went to register my user-name for this credit using your link at the top of this page (step 2) I get a message saying I don't have access to the page (my LEEDUser membership is up-to-date) and then when I checked the link for submitting a survey (step 3), it just goes to the USGBC home page. I'm not actually ready to submit the survey yet, I'm just trying to find the survey documentation!
