It appears that our project will qualify for this point, and I do believe that the spirit of the credit positively reinforces the walkability of our neighborhood site as the increased intersections

We were on the cusp of Gold level until our review came back with several points deducted from our energy model.

We had registered our CI project for PC9 prior to the change to the credit that limited it to Homes projects.
