Hi, I am trying to apply this credit to one of my project. The credit requirement states that "Publicly accessible alleys may be counted" as intersections.

It seems like this is a useful metric to measure pedestrian options in the spirit of quantifying alternatives to vehicular travel.

It appears that our project will qualify for this point, and I do believe that the spirit of the credit positively reinforces the walkability of our neighborhood site as the increased intersections
