We are doing a Hong Kong based Commercial Interior Project. We have suggested our client to go for RECs.

The project is a CI retail project that only use electricity as energy supply. And we are going to use CBECS data to calculate the amounts of the Green Power and Carbon Offset.

The credit requirements ask tenants to scale their carbon offsets / REC purchases based on CBECS data, if a tenant energy model is not available.

Good afternoon, I'm working for a design building company in France. We aim the LEED certification for a shop project. We try do get 2 points for the Green Power and carbon offset credit.

For an office project we are working on, the tenant is only responsible for their electric consumption and will not have any other fuel source dedicated for them.
