Core and shell within an NC

We are workingon a 3 story makers lab and classroom building at a university. The third floor is being built as core and shell for a future decision on use.

Hello, Our project building include mostly museum/galleries and lobbies. The project building is very close the sea and has amazing landscape.

Dormitory Views

Hello, We are working on a dormitory and our window sills in the units are at 44" or 46". The view range is obviously 30"-90" aff but it also states specifically the 42" eye height.
