Dormitory Views

Hello, We are working on a dormitory and our window sills in the units are at 44" or 46". The view range is obviously 30"-90" aff but it also states specifically the 42" eye height.

We have an open office with 42” H workstations and are pursuing the v4 Quality Views credit.

Ceiling Step Down

Does anyone have a good sense of how to treat step down ceiling heights in calculating the interior distance qualifying for quality views?
