Does plywood that meets CARB Phase II requirements for formaldehyde emissions automatically meet the requirements of this credit for Composite Wood?

Dear all, Is powder coating mixed with water on the jobsite is wet applied products ? technically, the initial product is powder, it is not "wet".

Is anyone aware of any pet turf that will meet the EQc Low-Emitting Materials flooring requirements? This is for an indoor pet relief area inside of an airport that is seeking LEED certification.

Table 5 in the Low-emitting materials credit reference guide identifies a category of "Ceilings, walls, thermal, and acoustic insulation. Does that mean:

we are working on a project under LEEED V4 BD&C, does the exterior concrete curing compound (to be used on the exterior slabs) need to meet the VOC threshold to be credit-compliant?

Wet Applied Products - Adhesives & Sealants - Drywall Mud

I believe drywall joint compounds and drywall finishing products (Mud) are considered Wet Applied Sealants. What Category do they fall under?

There is a mixed-type building targeting LEED Platinum based in UAE. The project will have all toilet pods constructed offsite.
