Dear All, I have a doubt about calculation of quantity of REC. I believe you can help me. Using the Example 1 (in page 460 of v4) my project will consume 1,98 MWh per year.

Can green tags or TRCs can be used to substitute RECs? Also, I am having a hard time understanding the concept of how RECs work.
