Who determines the exterior lighting zone LZ0-LZ4 for a LEED project? I am working on a project in a state that isn't mine and I don't know much about the city.

This may be a silly question, but are fixtures attached to the garage considered building-mounted? The garage is separate from our LEED project but within the site boundary.

This may be an academic question but I am unsure on the wording. The modification of the lighting boundary depends on adjacency to a walkway or a public street.

If I understand the LEED requirements for exterior lighting, we will be following the BUG guidelines for all lighting that will remain on from sunset to sunrise.
