Hi Bill - Perhaps you can help me with this. The RG states a requirement of 200 cd/m2 (nits) for nighttime hours and 2000 nits during daytime hours for Internally Illuminated Exterior Signage.

The building that is going for LEED certification is on a zero lot line property.
