In LEED v2009 there is mentioned the following about the lighting boundary: illuminance generated from a single luminaire placed at the intersection of a private vehicular driveway and public roadway accessing the site is allowed to use the centerline of the public roadway as the site boundary for a length of 2 times the driveway width centered at the centerline of the driveway. Can this also be applied in LEEDv4? I cannot find the above text anymore in LEEDv4. At the entrance of a site, lamps are always needed to ensure a certain lighting level. Therefore it would be very hard to meet the vertical illuminance requirements there in case the lighting boundary could not be moved.
